Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://giletsdanvers.com (“the Site”) operated by Gilets d’Anvers (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gilets d’Anvers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Gilets d’Anvers.

Gilets d’Anvers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Return Policy

You have the obligation to examine the goods at the time of delivery and, if you believe they do not meet the agreement made at the time of order, to notify Gilets d’Anvers in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of the purchase.

The goods must be returned within a further 14 days after the complaint has been made.

Gilets d’Anvers reserves the right to replace the goods, if in stock, or offer a refund. Naturally, the goods must be returned unworn, in the same condition as they were delivered, and in the original packaging. The costs for return are at your own expense.

If you live outside the EU and need to return goods, please request a return label from us. The cost for this, including handling fees, is about €70.00.

Prices and Payment Security

The prices on this store are quoted in Euros and include applicable sales taxes, shipping, and handling for countries in the European Union. For countries outside of the EU, local taxes and customs duties may be applicable.

Payment must be made in advance via Saferpay using either a debit card from Maestro or Bancontact, or a credit card from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

All financial transactions are carried out in a secure environment.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. If the price increases between the time of order and the execution of the order, your order will still be valid at the pre-increase price.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access, or continue to access the Site, and discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
